Jay-Z has revealed that he's working on a follow up album to his 2009 offering, 'The Blueprint 3'. 

Speaking to MTV News, he explained that he's currently in a very creative and productive state of mind so wanted to exercise that to his full potential:

"I know exactly the tone and the whole feel of the album. I think when you experience creativity, you should get it out as much as possible."

The '99 Problems' rapper recently finished work on his collaborative record with Kanye West, 'Watch The Throne', and despite being made available for pre-order it hasn't yet been given a confirmed release date, but you can check out their track 'H•A•M' here:
