Jay-Z announces 'Magna Carta Holy Grail' UK tour

Rap heavyweight Jay-Z has confirmed details of a headlining tour that will take him around the UK later this year in support of his newly released album, 'Magna Carta Holy Grail'.

The '99 Problems' superstar, who headlined London's Wireless Festival over the weekend, will perform a total of 5 dates and the first is set to take place in Manchester on October 3.

Included in the tour is a 3-night residency at London's famed O2 Arena, which will spread over consecutive nights from October 10 until October 12. Tickets for all of the dates are due to go on sale at 9am on July 18.

Jay-Z's new record debuted at No.1 on the UK Official Top 40 albums chart last night (July 14) and this achievement marks his first ever No.1 album in the UK. His upcoming tour dates can be seen below:

October 3 - Manchester, Arena
October 6 - Dublin, O2 Arena
October 10 - London, O2 Arena
October 11 - London, O2 Arena
October 12 - London, O2 Arena
