Katy B believes that Madonna would be the "coolest" festival headline act.

The Queen of Pop hasn't performed many festivals in her time and has yet to top a bill at a UK festival.

The 'Katy on a Mission' star however believes it is time the 'MDNA' singer hits the festival circuit. She said:

"Madonna would be the coolest festival headliner. She's never done one."

Katy B continued: "I know she gets a bit of criticism but she's always trying new things and it's better than repeating yourself."

As previously reported, Madonna recently penned an open poem in an attempt to clarify her use of replica guns on her MDNA world tour.

She said they were merely metaphors in the battle against narrow-mindedness.
