Last month Jäger Soho moved their vinyl session series online with help from Doug Hunt Sound & Light, making it possible for Mama’s Gun to cut a vinyl record live over the internet whilst isolated in their respective homes.

About The Parrots
Madrid’s finest The Parrots have played across Europe, the US and Central America – packed nights at London’s venues and chelada-fuelled lunchtime showcases at SXSW, raucous gigs of garage noise, feelgood ferocity and many, many stage invasions. After half a dozen singles and EPs and countless shows around the world, in 2016 they released their critically acclaimed first album Los Niños Sin Miedo (Heavenly Recordings).

While writing their much awaited second album, The Parrots took went down by the sea in Cádiz at the studios of legendary Spanish producer Paco Loco, to record their own unique take on ‘Soy Peor’ by Bad Bunny, one of the biggest songs on the Latin/Spanish hip-hop scene of recent years that, in The Parrots own guitar-infused version, has become an anthem in the Spanish clubs. The second album, produced by Tom Furse (The Horrors) and mixed by Claudius Mittendorfer (Parquet Courts, Weezer, Temples) is full with fabulous songs, new atmospheres and lots of surprises that will surely see the band climb up on the lists and become a usual name in the 2021 festival season.
