DIARMUID QUINN APPOINTED AS PRESIDENT OF KOBALT LABEL SERVICES - NORTH AMERICA

Kobalt Label Services (KLS) has  appointed longtime music executive Diarmuid Quinn as President of Kobalt 
Label Services - North America, it was announced today by Richard Sanders, Chairman of Kobalt Label Services and President of Kobalt Music Group. 

Reporting to Sanders, Quinn's role will include leading and staffing up Kobalt's growing label services operations in the U.S., signing artists for global release campaigns, as well as developing North America 
marketing campaigns for international KLS clients. 

In making the announcement Sanders said: "With numerous successful releases by KLS thus far this year, and the increased demand by major artists for our label services, we are very pleased to bring on Diarmuid Quinn at this strategic time to lead our North American KLS team. His broad experience in developing acts and marketing/promotion for major artists will be a tremendous asset to our clients"

With over 30 years of experience in the music business, Quinn was most recently Chief Executive of TourDForce Productions, his own management/ marketing company, where he worked with Richard Marx, Rod Stewart, Beady Eye, Martina McBride, the Beach Boys, Mary J. Blige, Mark Knopfler, and others. Prior to this he served as COO of Warner Bros Records/President of Reprise Records, during which time he oversaw the successful global development and multimillion-selling releases of Michael Buble, Josh Groban 
and My Chemical Romance, as well as hugely successful global marketing campaigns for such major artists as Madonna, Linkin Park, Green Day, Eric Clapton, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Enya, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Faith Hill, Fleetwood Mac, Oasis, and other superstars. Additionally, Quinn co-produced the Grammy Award winning documentary Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers "Runnin Down A Dream." Before his tenure at Warner Bros/Reprise, he worked in partnership with Jeff Ayeroff on the Beatles 1 
project, and developed hundreds of successful campaigns in marketing roles for Columbia, Epic, MCA and Disney, supporting artists including Queen, Ozzy Osbourne, Harry Connick Jr., James Taylor, Barbra Streisand, Fiona Apple, Elton John, Jennifer Lopez, Cheap Trick, Jamiroquai, Stevie Ray Vaughan and 
more.
