PEMBROKE PINES, FLA., 5 DECEMBER 2020 - Slip N Slide Records, Teenear will guest host the “SEXY HIIT” group fitness class alongside well-known fitness instructor Tamker Valley this Saturday at Bodytek Fitness in Pembroke Pines.

Teenear released her latest single “Special Attention," which has taken over the RnB charts and playlists. Known as Miami’s Sweetheart Teenear has garnered the attention of artists like Sage the Gemini, Lil Baby, Fetty Wap and Trina.

COVID-19 is still a major concern, so Bodytek will continue to take the necessary safety precautions to make sure everyone stays healthy.

“Temperature checks, hand sanitizing and ultraviolet disinfecting are standard upon entry,” said La-Toya, co-owner of Bodytek.

The equipment is sanitized before, during and after class, and the studio is regularly disinfected using electrostatic disinfecting. Event attendees will also receive their own spray bottle and rag to clean up their areas after use, and the location has proper ventilation.

Sisters La-Toya and Cecelia, owners of Bodytek Fitness Pembroke Pines, celebrated their studio’s first birthday in September despite having to close temporarily due to COVID-19. The gym had only been open for 6 months prior to the pandemic hitting, but the sisters rallied and have been able to keep their doors open whether in person or virtually.

The class will focus on arms, abs and butt workouts. The class is free to members and only $10 for non-members. It will take place this Saturday, December 5 at 10:45 a.m.
