There are people who talk and there are people who act. Del Ro is a man of action. Throughout the month of February, Del Ro and his company are taking part in multiple activations bringing some much-needed awareness to Afro-Latinx perspectives during Black History Month. On Tuesday, February 15th he will be joining in on the conversation regarding Afro-Latinx perspectives and identities as a panelist at HYPE "Politically Speaking," event.

Politically Speaking "in partnership with 100 Black Men of Atlanta, The Gathering Spot, and Tito's Handmade Vodka come together to discuss anti-Blackness in Latinx society, how it continues to manifest today, and how non-Black Latinx individuals can be better advocates for change and inclusion in their communities.


Del Ro is the CEO & Founder of Double A Management, a Miami-based event production company. At just 29-years old, he has forged his own path in the entertainment industry, becoming a go-to source for leading entertainment and cultural events such as Black Future Weekend by Van Jones and Dream Corps TECH and the renowned A3C Festival & Conference, one of the most important cultural events of the year connecting the next gen of innovators and entrepreneurs.

A Miami native with Dominican roots, Del Ro has developed an extensive contact list during his short career, increasing his influence and ability to connect with diverse audiences across different platforms. This has created a unique space for him and has allowed him to continuously bring value to each event and brand collaboration he is involved with such as delivering key partnerships like Facebook, Atlantic Records, and Atlanta United; and securing guest speakers and top talent like Kenny Hamilton, Cortez Bryant, and Al Branch, to name a few.

In addition to leading and enhancing programming for large-scale national events, he also curates’ new showcases to further the experience, such as the A3C 4 R&B concert, which he personally designed to infuse more R&B into the traditionally hip-hop focused festival. His signature Vibey Hours and annual Connectsgiving, created at the height of the pandemic, have become sought-after high-powered networking events with a select guest list.

With a passion for connecting audiences, Del Ro founded his company during his junior year at Oglethorpe with his first project task to diversify an annual campus event. Since, with hard work and determination, he has expanded his company and his reputation, producing more than 200 events across the country in the past two years and establishing strategic partnerships with more than 45 brands.

He has also built a name for himself as a brand influencer and reputable Host having hosted concerts, conferences, and activations for 2Chainz, Cyhi the Prynce, Microsoft, The National Black MBA Association, Dr. Marc Lamont Hill, as well as various other brands, artists, and organizations.

He truly embodies his mantra: “Living Dreams Daily” and strives to be an inspiration to the community and those around him. Del Ro leads D.A.M. with a true passion for entertainment, events, and building communities.
