'Move' beauties Little Mix have told their fans to head over to their official Twitter page later tonight in order to catch an exciting news update. 

Writing on their social networking page earlier this evening (January 16), the stars explained that at 9.30pm they will be making a "special" announcement although they are yet to give any more information away on what the news might be. 

The tweet that was posted from their group account reads: "There's a special #LittleMixAnnouncement TONIGHT at 9.30pm GMT! Make sure you’re back then :) Mixers HQ x"

The girls, meanwhile, have just shot the cover for Fault magazine (pictured below) and in the accompanying interview they opened up about how people seem to think they have little to no creative input where their music is concerned.

Perrie Edwards said: "Well we write all our own music, it’s important to us that people know that. Every song writing session is different."
