Little Mix have unleashed the video for their Sport Relief charity single.

The girl group are releasing the cover 'Word Up!' on March 16 as they attempt to raise funds for the sport-themed charity.

The quartet have now unveiled the song's accompanying video and the amusing clip sees Little Mix hit the gym.

Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall, Leigh-Anne Pinnock and Jesy Nelson have fun as they perform the track and dance along whilst working out.

Actor Chris Barrie, who played Arnold Rimmer in Red Dwarf, makes a cameo as a disgruntled manager type. Mel C, Louis Spence and Louis Smith also make appearances.

Little Mix meanwhile are currently in the States as they support Demi Lovato on her North America Neon Lights tour.
