British girl group Little Mix recently promised fans a playlist full of songs that inspired their upcoming third studio album and they have finally delivered. 

The beauties shared a 14-song compilation via Spotify this morning (January 12) and the tracks are incredibly diverse, ranging from R&B hits like 'The Boy Is Mine' by Brandy and Monica to pop cuts like Gwen Stefani's 'Hollaback Girl'. 

Other notable mentions include the late Michael Jackson's 'The Way You Make Me Feel', Beyoncé's 'End Of Time' and 'Upside Down' by Diana Ross. The stars accompanied the link to the playlist with the following caption: "Loads of artists are inspiring us for album 3 at the moment. Here's a few of our faves!!!"

On January 2, meanwhile, member Leigh Anne Pinnock took to Little Mix's Twitter page and told fans that they're putting the finishing touches on the album: 

"Just wanted to let you all know that this year ... Album 3 is coming!! You guys have been so patient and we love you for that!! We're currently working and writing with amazing people and there are a few finishing touches to go. Thank you Mixers for your support."
