Little Mix spokesperson denies Zayn Malik tour ban

Earlier this week, rumours surfaced that suggested Simon Cowell's label Syco and Columbia Records had banned Zayn Malik from joining his Little Mix fiancée Perrie Edwards on tour.

Malik recently made headlines after quitting boyband One Direction and the press reported that both labels had told the 'Wings' beauties that he would not be allowed to follow them around on the road.

A spokesperson for Little Mix has now confirmed that the story is completely untrue and no such ban has been put in place. The representative told WENN: "(The report is) absolute fabricated nonsense. Not true at all."

Little Mix, meanwhile, recently opened up about their aspirations to break the U.S. market and confessed to journalists that all they need is one hit single that gets radio airplay there: "We actually have the fans over there (in the USA). But it’s all about getting that big radio hit. We need that song and we are on our way.”
