Little Mix praise 'Black Magic' co-writer Ed Drewett

Girl group Little Mix have revealed that they were honoured to record a song that was written by Ed Drewett because he comes up with some fantastic material.

Referring to their new single 'Black Magic', which was co-written by Drewett, the beauties admitted to the Chart Show that they were excited to record a track he had played a part in writing as he is very talented:

"He's amazing and he's so nice as well. It's weird for us because we're so used to writing our own singles and so it was the first tie that they were like, 'we've got a song for you and want to see if you like it...'"

The girls also opened up about being out of the spotlight for around a year and confessed that it was necessary to disappear for so long in order to focus all of their attention on their forthcoming third album:

"We love that we've taken the time with this album... because we really honestly feel like it's our best album."
