Little Mix: 'We want to write songs that make people feel better about themselves'

'Black Magic' hitmakers Little Mix recently sat down for an exclusive interview with The Beat magazine and spoke about the importance of relatable lyrical content and the success they have achieved so far.

Songstress Leigh-Anne Pinnock opened up about the need to write songs that people can connect and identify with: “What comes with social media is the bullying side of things and that’s still rife, so to have songs that make you feel better about yourself is really important.”

She went onto talk about the achievements Little Mix have under their collective belt and added that it's amazing to think about how far they have come as a group: "We’ve all wanted it so much and it’s just incredible. We’ve come so far and done so well, and obviously we’ve got a long way to go, but it does still feel surreal. It still feels like a dream."
