Little Mix tease album 3: 'It has two a cappella songs and some blinding ballads'

'Black Magic' sensations Little Mix have revealed that their highly anticipated new record features two a capella songs and some 'blinding ballads'.

The girls sat down for a new interview with the Official Charts and opened up about their upcoming third studio album:

"We think it's our best album. I don't know how we're going to top this... It's completely different to 'Salute'. This is very pop, very colourful, it has as 80s influence. It's a lot more cheeky and grown-up with the lyrics. We've done two songs with Jess Glynne, some with Jessie J, which was a great experience."

"We've got two a capella songs on the album and some blinding ballads. Ballads that will blow your mind! We love changing up our sound - we never want to do the same thing twice."

Member Leigh-Anne Pinnock recently told The Beat magazine that she and the rest of the Little Mix ladies want to write songs that empower people: “What comes with social media is the bullying side of things and that’s still rife, so to have songs that make you feel better about yourself is really important.”
