Little Mix address body-shaming: 'Everybody expects us to be perfect'

'Black Magic' hitmakers Little Mix have revealed that being criticised for your body shape is something that's really horrible to experience and they try to rise above negative comments.

Speaking to Yahoo! Celebrity, songstress Jesy Nelson explained that body-shaming is a terrible thing and it's something she and the other girls have been forced to deal with in the past:

"We just try to forget about any nasty comments really. We like to eat food and so does everybody else, and if we put on weight we put on weight and if we lose weight we lose weight."

The 'Love Me Like You' star confessed that expectation is something people can never really live up to: "Everybody has this preconception that you're supposed to be perfect looking but nobody is perfect."

Member Perrie Edwards went onto address the criticism that Cheryl Fernandez-Versini has suffered lately due to her small frame, adding: "She's just wonderful to look at, isn't she? Do y'know what I say to those body-shamers? F**k off and leave my Chezza alone."
