Little Mix defend 'Pretty Girls': 'We don't care if people think it was a flop'

Hitmakers Little Mix have revealed that ditching 'Pretty Girls' and offering it to other artists was just what felt right at the time and just because it didn't chart well commercially doesn't mean it wasn't a success.

Speaking to Australia's Daily Telegraph, the girls defended the song and confessed that the fact that Britney Spears and Iggy Azalea took it on means that it was far from a flop. Jesy Nelson said: "I don't give a c**p who thinks it was a flop. Britney Spears sang our song. That's not a flop to me."

Perrie Edwards went onto add that they simply didn't think that 'Pretty Girls' went well with the other songs they had chosen to be on their new album, 'Get Weird':

"It didn't go with the (our) album. I feel like Britney is the only person who can get away with that line 'All around the world pretty girls'. They absolutely smashed it. They owned it."
