'Black Magic' Little Mix are all about female empowerment so it comes as no surprise that one of the girls was able to define the ultimate women in just three certain terms. 

During a red carpet interview with Cosmopolitan at the Ultimate Women of the Year Awards, member Perrie Edwards was asked to describe the ultimate woman and she gave a solid answer. The blonde bombshell said:

"Independent, confident, and comfortable in her own skin."

Songstress Jade Thirlwall, meanwhile, took to the girls' collective Twitter page last night to blast the decision of the government who have now begun airstrikes in Syria in an attempt to defeat ISIS. She wrote: "Truly saddened and ashamed by the vote tonight. So, so sorry to the innocent people of Syria."

Little Mix will hit the road in support of their latest album 'Get Weird' next spring and recently told fans that it will be their most exciting live stage show yet: "We are about to have our first TOUR MEETING! I can't contain my excitement, we are coming out with some amazing ideas! We're gunna make this the biggest bestest show ever! #getweirdtour."
