Little Mix's Jade Thirlwall reveals how she likes to keep fit

Girl group Little Mix recently launched a sportswear range with USA Pro and songstress Jade Thirlwall has opened up about how she likes to keep fit.

Speaking to Maximum Pop about how she keeps in shape, Jade Thirlwall confessed that simple repetitions of exercises keep her motivated and energised: "I try to make sure every day that I do squats and sit ups."

She then praised her friend Danielle Peazer for creating easy to follow YouTube fitness videos and admitted that she likes to do those now and again for quick workouts:

"My friend actually, who is a fashion blogger called Danielle Peazer. She does fitness videos on YouTube. She’s really good, she does like 5 minute clips, it’s not too long, she’s really good for helping you get toned and keep fit."

As previously reported, band member Perrie Edwards also spoke about her own fitness regime and said she enjoys short bursts of exercise rather than long sessions in the gym:

"It’s really random, but my mum said, doing little ten minute outbursts of exercise is actually more beneficial. So yes, I have my little ten minutes. Any kind of bum exercises, I don’t know how you describe it, but you know when your on all fours and you lift one leg in the air, then you hold and pulse.  I’d do that one, I do the one where you lie on your side.  Anything to benefit my bum, my legs and my abs, I do sit ups, crunches, arm exercises."
