'Black Magic' beauties Little Mix won the Best Music Act prize at this week's annual Glamour Awards and the girls have now opened up about how they manage to be so confident both on and off stage. 

Speaking to ODE from the ceremony's red carpet, the hitmakers explained that they have learned not to put energy into caring what other people think of how they look or what they sing about, and rising above that has helped them tremendously:

"I think over the years we've learned not to really care what people think anymore. If we like something, we'll wear it, if we want to sing about something, we'll sing about it. We've got each other, we keep each other positive... that's the key!"

They were also asked what would be "the icing on the cake" of 2016 and added: "We've done so much, we're so proud of everything we've achieved... but finally reach global superstardom. Just to be at the Rihanna stage!"
