Little Mix chose their new album's lead single instantly: 'It usually takes us ages'

Girl group Little Mix have revealed that they chose the lead single from their forthcoming new album easily.

Songstress Jade Thirlwall told the Daily Mail that it was a unanimous decision, which surprised them because ordinarily it takes them a while to select something that important:

“Yeah, I think we have (picked it). It was weird as listening to the songs we have that is THE front-runner for a single, and it usually takes us ages to find as song for us to decide on, but this time we all said yes to it.”

As previously reported, the girls also explained that writing songs for their next album has been very intense: "It's very - and I know we probably said this about the last album - honest. It's very (much about) what's been happening in the past few months or the past year."

"We've been through a lot personally, emotionally and career-wise. Every aspect, we've wanted to just get off our chest and the best way to do it is with this album... That's why we're loving it so much. It's like therapy."
