Little Mix have said their new song 'Shout Out To My Ex' is written about all of the band's ex-boyfriends.

The girl group unveiled the track on Sunday (October 16) after performing it on the X Factor.

Speaking to Capital FM, Jesy Nelson said the tune isn't about one man in particular.

She said: 'It's about everyone's exes. Everyone's got an ex."

It has been suggested that a few of the lines - including the one about having to fake orgasms - is related to Perrie Edwards' ex Zayn Malik.

'Shout Out To My Ex' is the first song to be taken from Little Mix's upcoming fourth album 'Glory Days', which will be released on November 18.
