Lorde has received her Grammy awards - months after winning them.

The 17-year-old starlet wowed the world at the music event in January when she bagged the Best Solo Performance and Song of the Year prizes.

However, it seems the New Zealander was forced to wait for a long time before actually getting her hands on the iconic honours.

She took to Instagram on Monday (May 5) to reveal that she is now in possession of the awards.

Lorde meanwhile is currently taking a break from touring after falling ill.

However, she is due to perform at London's Brixton Academy on June 6.

Before that is a slot at BBC Radio 1's Big Weekend in Glasgow on May 24 as she shares a bill with the likes of Coldplay and One Direction.
