Lorde discusses her future ambitions: "I want to do a bunch of stuff"

New Zealand pop star Lorde is planning to expand her talents beyond the realm of music.

During an interview with The Mix Lorde – real name Ella Marija Lani Yelich-O'Connor – gave some insight into her future career moves.

Lorde revealed: “I really want to make a festival one day, do the Lollapalooza type thing… I think that would be awesome, but like later on.”

She went on to consider further potential projects: “I want to edit a magazine… I want to make movies - I guess I already get to do that with music videos but I want to expand on that a little bit. I want to do a bunch of stuff.”

It was recently announced that the ‘Royals’ singer will curate the soundtrack for the latest ‘Hunger Games’ film.

Another venture 17-year-old Lorde has embarked on this year is her own line of makeup products with cosmetics firm MAC.
