Lorde has reigned supreme in Billboard's end of the year Top Rock Artists list.

The music publication and chart service have been revealing their stars of 2014 and the 18-year-old has been honoured.

She has ended up at No.1 on their Top Rock Artists list, with her 2013 album 'Pure Heroine' leading their end of year Alternative Albums and Rock Albums charts.

Lorde finished at No.3 on last year's Top Rock Artists as a result of her smash hit single 'Royals'.

She also has eight entries on Billboard's 2014 end of year Hot Rock Songs list, which is more than any other artist.

At No.2 on the Top Rock Artists list are Imagine Dragons.
