According to a report from Variety, Louis Tomlinson has put his Californian property on the market, and his home is now listed with The Agency.

The industry bible states that the compound is nestled in a semi-remote region called Monte Nido, which lies in-between Malibu and Calabasas where the Kardashians live. The property is listed for $13,999,000 million (£9,873,129).

The 26-year-old One Direction star bought the house for $10,000,000 (£7,000,000) in 2015. It features 5 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a library, cinema, two guardhouses, two guesthouses, a gym, pool, waterfall, koi pond and Japanese-style tea house.

This isn't his only L.A. property. In 2016 he also bought a house in the Outpost Estates region which is situated in the side of a cliff and boasts city views of Los Angeles. The house is steeped in music history as it belonged to the late Ian Copeland - the music promoter - who was also the brother to Stewart Copeland, the drummer from The Police.

Earlier this month it was unveiled that Tomlinson donated $10,000 to help a poorly nine-year-old girl who suffers from cerebral palsy. This was one of several charitable acts the big hearted singer has done behind the scenes.
