AK the Rapper: 'The Abstract Kollection' Now Over 16,000 On Datpiff

The latest mixtape by AK the Rapper has seemed to caught the attention of over 16,000 people. The ironically entitled mixtape 'The Abstract Kollection' (AK) has definitely turned heads all around the world, and stirred up some record execs here in the USA for sure. According to our survey 40% of fans who have listened seem to like 'Verses To Dilla' a song dedicated to 'J Dilla' a record producer most know for his involvement in founding a rap group by the name of 'Slum Village' but also know to have some of the most inspirational music production in the music industry. It certainly still is an inspiration to young 'AK the Rapper', as he says in the song, "Can I ressurect your beats? Cause every new one I find I rhyme to".

There is an obvious, and yet somewhat transparent difference between todays music and that of the late 90s, and early 2000s. Maybe with AK back in the game we finally have something to look forward to. Or like the song 'Verses To Dilla' will we remain to always look back and wish we could bring back the good old days, you be the judge. Log on to Datpiff now and take a listen to the AK the Rapper's 'The Abstract Kollection' now and tweet out your comments @DirtyScopeBeatz to let us know what you think of the mixtape.
