BOSTON MANOR release two re-imagined versions of tracks from album ‘Welcome To The Neighbourhood’Ahead of Reading & Leeds Festival performances this weekendOFFICIAL PRESS RELEASENEWS PROVIDED BY Major PR Blackpool five-piece Boston Manor have released a stripped back version of ‘England’s Dreaming’ ahead of their Reading & Leeds Festival performances on the BBC Radio 1 Stage this weekend. The track is backed by a remix of ‘Welcome To The Neighbourhood’, courtesy of Lebrock. The original versions of these compositions appear on the band’s second album, ‘Welcome To The Neighbourhood’, released last autumn via Pure Noise Records. “We recorded this acoustic version of ‘England’s Dreaming’ as part of some studio sessions at the beginning of the year. We play this live acoustically some times & I’m glad we got to explore this version of the song in a recording” shares vocalist Henry Cox on the re-imagined tracks. “We reached out to Lebrock to see if they wanted to do a remix for the B Side, they picked ‘Welcome To The Neighbourhood’ & it came out great!” These new releases coincide with the announcement of Boston Manor’s first full North American headline tour this November and December, which follows various stints supporting the likes of A Day To Remember, Knocked Loose, Movements and Real Friends across the pond. Support on the tour will come from Microwave, Heart Attack Man and Selfish Things. This US jaunt comes after Boston Manor’s UK & European headline tour this October and November, dates on which are already selling out. ‘Welcome To The Neighbourhood’ placed in the #3 spot in Rock Sound’s ‘Top 50 Albums of the Year’ in 2018 and Kerrang! recently named Boston Manor as one of ‘The 21 Hottest Live Bands On Earth’.
