Impera Release 'Get Up'

DJ and production duo Impera are kicking off 2016 with their much awaited debut single ‘Get Up’, which has hit the shelves on the 4th of January, 2016. Having joined forces in 2014, after running successful solo careers, the two brothers from Istanbul, Turkey are quickly making a name for themselves as one of the fastest moving back-to-back projects within the current Dance music scene.

Having put together a unique blend of EDM, Progressive and Electro House inspirations, the tandem has managed to pack their Turkish heritage together with influences from Dance music giants such as: Tiesto, Armin van Buuren, Markus Schultz and Swedish House Mafia amongst others, proposing a highly original musical vision which is set to make big waves in 2016.

Boasting refined Electro House roots, ‘Get Up’ packs tonnes of power from the very start, offering bursting drum grooves and a harsh introductory melody. The duo later devises an uplifting lead synth main theme, before building up towards a colossal drop. Characterised by darker tones and subby vibes, the drop is banging with massive elements, whilst leading towards a mellower breakdown. Impera once again start their ascension towards another mammoth drop, unleashing high energy levels before leading towards a stylish conclusion.

Impera’s latest effort ‘Get Up’ is now part of the growing T.H.E – Recordings catalogue. Based in India, T.H.E – Recordings is a newly established imprint which is seeking to gain a foothold within the electronic music scene by presenting some of the world’s finest up-and-coming talent, whilst aiding their artistic development.
