McFly star Harry Judd has thanked his fans for their support after completing the London Marathon.

The drummer was one of many celebrities taking part in the gruelling run on Sunday (April 21).

Judd's training for the sporting event was tainted after he revealed that he had developed an irregular heartbeat due to excessive exercise.

Nevertheless, the McFly man crossed the 26.2 mile marathon's finish line - and then thanked his fans on Twitter. He said:

"Of course thanks to you guys for all of you're good luck messages and support x."

Judd added that one of his highlights from the day was bypassing cricketer Andrew Strauss whilst on the run.
