Meghan Trainor takes down 'Me Too' video over Photoshopped waist

Meghan Trainor has pulled her new music video from the internet after discovering its creators digitally slimmed her waist.

The singer unveiled the promo clip for 'Me Too' recently, but it has now been taken offline.

Speaking in a series of Snapchat videos, the US star said she was unhappy that her body had been Photoshopped.

Trainor said: "Hey guys, I took down the 'Me Too' video because they Photoshopped the c**p out of me," Meghan said in a series of videos. I'm so sick of it and I'm over it, so I took it down until they fix it.

"My waist is not that teeny; I had a bomb waist that night [and] I don’t know why they didn't like my waist, but I didn’t approve that video and it went out for the world, so I’m embarrassed.

"I told them to fix it ASAP 'cuz I will be going to Times Square to play it for my fans, so I hope they fix it for me. And I am sorry about this...

"The video is still one of my favourite videos I’ve ever done, I'm very proud of it. I just am p**sed off that they broke my ribs."

At the time of writing, a new video has not yet been uploaded online.
