Michael Bublé remains at No.1 in the midweek update with 'Christmas'

Michael Bublé's 'Christmas' is a non-mover in today's (December 21) midweek albums chart update despite competition from Amy Winehouse and Rihanna.

The Official Charts Company explained that he is still a strong contender for the Christmas No.1 album and has shifted "a staggering 269,000 copies last week to score the biggest weekly sales of any album this year".

Winehouse's 'Lioness: Hidden Treasures' is currently at No.2, Coldplay's Mylo Xyloto is right behind at No.3 and Olly Murs' 'In Case You Didn't Know' is a non-mover at 4.

Bieber's festive offering, 'Under The Mistletoe', has dropped 5 places to No.32 and Joe McElderry's 'Classic Christmas' has fallen 4 places to No.30.
