Moby reveals he was asked to DJ at Trump inauguration ball

Moby has said he will take up an offer to DJ at one of Donald Trump's inauguration balls on one condition - if the US president elect releases his tax returns.

The musician revealed on Monday (January 9) that he had been asked to perform at an event to honour the businessman's transition into the White House, despite previously going on record to call Trump an "actual sociopath" during the election campaign.

Speaking on Instagram, Moby joked that he would accept the offer if Trump released his controversial tax returns. He said: "Hahahahaha, I was just asked by a booking agent if I would consider djing at one of the inaugural balls for #trump...

"Hahahahaha, wait, Hahahaha, really? I guess I'd DJ at an inaugural ball if as payment #trump released his tax returns. Also I would probably play public enemy and stockhausen remixes to entertain the republicans. I'm still laughing. Hahahaha. So #trump what do you think, I DJ for you and you release your tax returns?"
