Why did Mumford & Sons' frontman Marcus get "chucked out" of Glastonbury?

Musician Marcus Mumford, of Mumford & Sons fame, has revealed that he once got thrown out of Glastonbury Festival after trying to steal a sofa from the backstage area.

He told Chris Moyles on Radio X: "We came off stage and I tried to nick a sofa from the dressing room – and got chucked out. They didn’t let me back in. They’d just had enough of us by the end. And they said, ‘get out and don’t come back.'"

During the same interview, Marcus Mumford also admitted that if he could go back and change his band's name he probably would: "It’s a rubbish name. You never really think about it when you’re in the pub, you’ve done your first rehearsal, you’ve written your first song and someone’s like: ‘you need a band name now’."
