Mumford & Sons headed back to No.1 following Glastonbury performance

'I Will Wait' superstars Mumford & Sons are set to return to the UK's No.1 spot on the albums chart this week with their sophomore record 'Babel'.

The band performed a headlining slot at Glastonbury festival over the weekend and have now climbed 15 places to No.1 in today's (July 3) midweek update with the album. The Official Charts Company has revealed that there are just over 1,000 copies separating 'Babel' from this week's No.2, which is Michael Bublé's 'To Be Loved'.

Tom Odell's 'Long Way Down' has dipped to No.3, Editors have debuted at 4 with their new offering 'The Weight Of Your Love', and Mumford & Sons' first album, 'Sigh No More', has re-entered the Top 10 at No.9.

Bastille's 'Bad Blood' has climbed 1 position to No.12, Ben Howard's 'Every Kingdom' has risen an impressive 17 slots to No.14, and Kanye West's 'Yeezus' has fallen 15 places to No.21.
