The 3.0 million is an all-time high in total viewers and 1 million more than the 2 million live + same day average for season one. The 0.5 in 18-49 is second best to the series premiere episode in the demo in live + same day ratings. In the 8 p.m. timeslot, "Zoey's" outperformed the premiere of Fox's "Gordon Ramsay's American Road Trip" in both 18-49 and total viewers. "Zoey's" reached 33.8 million viewers last season. From 9-10 p.m., "This Is Us" earned a 1.0 in 18-49 and 5.1 million viewers. "This Is Us" had its second-highest viewer total of the season. The telecast won the 9 p.m. timeslot in both 18-49 and total viewers. From 10-11 p.m., "Nurses" drew a 0.3 in 18-49 and 2.6 million viewers. The 2.6 million viewers is even with the show's previous episode on Dec. 14. In the 10:30 half-hour, "Nurses" draw more viewers than ABC's news special on the Georgia Senate election (2.4 million vs. 1.8 miliion).
