Published: February 11, 2025 -- Amelia Dimoldenberg, the creator and host of "Chicken Shop Date," will serve as the red carpet correspondent for the "SNL50: Red Carpet Livestream."

Dimoldenberg's livestream will take place across all "SNL" social and digital platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X and TikTok) from 7-8 p.m. ET ahead of the "SNL50: The Anniversary Special" primetime event.

"I can't wait to celebrate 50 years of the legendary 'SNL' and speak to some of my all-time comedy heroes who have inspired me so much," Dimoldenberg said.

UK comedian, journalist, broadcaster, producer and creator Amelia Dimoldenberg has spent more than a decade building out a global following across her platforms. Her YouTube channel, which is home to the iconic "Chicken Shop Date" series, has cemented her brand as an iconic fixture in the popular culture landscape, amassing more than 2.4 million subscribers, 521 million views and 23 million hours of content watched. Dimoldenberg served as the Oscars Social Media Ambassador and Red Carpet Correspondent for the 96th Academy Awards in 2024, and returns again this year for the 2025 ceremony.

The live three-hour telecast from Studio 8H in Rockefeller Center is set for Sunday, Feb. 16 at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT on NBC and simulcast on Peacock.
