Singer Nick Jonas has been confirmed to perform at this year's Radio Disney Music Awards, which will take place at the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles on April 25. 

The Vice President of Programming and General Manager at Radio Disney, Phil Guerini, explained to E! News in a statement that the 'Chains' heartthrob is the perfect addition to the bill: "Radio Disney has supported Nick along the incredible journey of his musical career. We are delighted to showcase his latest evolution as a solo artist on the Radio Disney Music Awards stage."

In addition to taking the stage for a live performance, Jonas is also nominated for two prizes at the ceremony including Best Male Artist and Best Crush Song (for 'Jealous'). Actress Zendaya Coleman will host the RDMAs and 'Shower' hitmaker Becky G will also perform on the night.
