One Direction star Louis Tomlinson appears to have given his support to Jim Davidson in the Celebrity Big Brother house.

The former Big Break host is one of the housemates remaining in the reality TV house but he has been quarrelling with Linda Nolan.

However, he seems to have Tomlinson's support, who tweeted: "Is it me or is Linda just arsey all the time !? I don't mind Jim !! #CBB."

Davidson has become the favourite to win the show with the UK's bookmakers.

Tomlinson meanwhile recently posted on Twitter that he is looking forward to writing tunes for One Direction's next album.

He said: "Getting really excited to start writing for the next record :)."

The band's last studio effort - 'Midnight Memories' - was only released in November.
