One Direction heartthrob Niall Horan has revealed that he can't wait to get back into the gym after having major knee surgery in January and appearing at the 2014 BRITs on crutches. 

Writing to his trainer Mark Jarvis last night, Horan explained: "@M1Jarvis jarv I'm ready to get back in gym mate! Won't be too long til I can walk again! So as soon as that happens! #Daisy #oosh."

Upon receiving the tweet, Jarvis replied and admitted that he's looking forward to getting back to training with him: "@NiallOfficial that's great news mate, missed you. Anything for yow cup cake! Just say when. #Daisy."

Horan recently opened up about his dating life to Teen Now magazine and confessed that he would be open to being in a relationship with a Directioner: “You have to find the one who likes you for being normal, not just for being in One Direction. I’m still waiting for her to come around. I am the same as anyone. I’m just waiting for the right person to stand in front of me.”
