One Direction star Liam Payne has revealed his respect for Gary Barlow.

The Take That singer is profiled in new BBC programme When Corden Met Barlow, which is due to air in the UK on May 5.

Payne has already seen the documentary and he later took to Twitter to express his admiration for the former X Factor judge.

The singer wrote: "Just watched when Corden met @GaryBarlow huge bonnevillee what an amazing story HUGE respect for this man after watching, may 5th bbc1 WATCH."

The One Direction man later posted about his struggles to get his new Instagram account unlocked, with Payne adding:

"Instagram if u can please unlock my account as I've sent you my passport and I am me and I'd like to use it thank you. Much appreciated."
