One Direction have treated fans to a selfie of themselves on stage in Milan.

The band recently played two dates at the city's San Siro stadium, with the group set to make a live DVD from the shows.

Liam Payne posted a selfie on Instagram, adding: "Tonight in Milan was amazing."

Work on the DVD looks set to get underway soon, with director and photographer Paul Dugdale posting a Twitter photo of himself in the One Direction DVD "mission control".

He previously uploaded an image of the DVD team in Milan along with Harry Styles.

Dugdale said: "1D film production team plus a gatecrasher. So excited to start editing this film."

The Where We Are tour DVD meanwhile is due to be released on December 1.
