One Direction's 'dreams come true' as European leg of Where We Are tour ends

'Story Of My Life' superstars One Direction closed the European leg of their Where We Are tour last night (July 13) with a concert in Portugal and they revealed it was a 'dream come true' to play across the continent.

Member Niall Horan took to his official Twitter page and explained that they're all so excited at having played so many shows in Europe on this current run, and he would count it as a real career defining moment:

"Porto thank you so much ! What an incredible night! One of my favourite shows on the European leg! Thank you again. Europe you have been absolutely amazing to us! I'm sure we will see u all very soon! Thank you for making my dreams come through!"

Heartthrob Harry Styles also thanked fans for making the EU leg so special: "Thank you to all the crew who make the shows possible. You've been incredible. And to everyone who has come to the shows, you've made it so amazing so thank you for spending some time with us. You're incredible."

One Direction's support act, 5 Seconds Of Summer, expressed their gratitude at being part of the tour recently and tweeted: "Last show of the European tour today, it's been so amazing, you've all been so epic... Can't thank the boys enough for havin' us!"
