Student who left uni to become Harry Styles lookalike gets six jobs in a year

A former student who left university to become a full-time Harry Styles lookalike has spoken of his frustration at the amount of work he is getting.

25-year-old Aron Dale from Redcar told SWNS that he dropped out of an engineering course at university to pursue a career as a Styles lookalike.

However, he has only had about six jobs in a year - and Dale believes that is because he is living in a small town.

He said: "I decided it could be a lucrative career as I didn't know what else to do. I've done mostly kids parties, where I just turn up to say 'happy birthday' and they all go crazy. It's pretty easy really.

"If I lived in London it would be a different story. Redcar is a small place and everyone knows who I am here, so they no longer mistake me for Harry. But when I'm in London people are constantly stopping me for pics and my autograph. I can't walk around without being mobbed.

"If I get the right publicity, I could be huge. It's about being in the right place at the right time. There's got to be money in looking like I do. Maybe I could do ad campaigns for L'Oreal or Coca Cola or something. I need to make the most of it whilst Harry's so big."

Some, however, have questioned the similarity between Dale and the One Direction heartthrob.
