One Direction reveal the most memorable place they recorded latest album 'FOUR'

'Steal My Girl' heartthrobs One Direction recorded their album 'FOUR' in various locations while they were on the road, but there's one place in particular that was notable where working on the full-length offering was concerned.

Liam Payne told fans at an Orlando-based event that they had a truck that was converted into a recording studio: "Good question... a lot of hotel rooms. I wish there were more exciting things to say, but it was hotel rooms and then this car."

Niall Horan gave more information on the vehicle and confessed that he once recorded parts to the song 'Clouds' inside the truck while it was parked outside of his house: "Don't you remember the truck? We recorded the album sometimes in an old van that they made into a recording studio and it was parked outside of my house one day. I recorded from the house - it was actually my house! It was 'Clouds' (that we recorded there)."
