Harry Styles urges fans not to visit SeaWorld

Harry Styles has spoken out against the popular aquatic animal theme park SeaWorld.

During a recent concert in San Diego, Harry Styles made his views clear on the Florida attraction, which has come under intense scrutiny for its treatment of animals since the release of the documentary ‘Black Fish’.

Speaking to the crowd in-between songs, Harry asked: “Does anybody like dolphins?”

When the audience cheered, Styles added: “Don’t go to SeaWorld.”

PETA – People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals – have praised the One Direction star for his anti-SeaWorld stance.

The animal protection charity have said that they will be sending Harry one of their “SeaWorld Kills” t-shirts along with a box of vegan dolphin-shaped chocolates.

However, SeaWorld have also tried to contact the ‘Midnight Memories’ singer via Twitter and asked him to visit their website to learn more about the organisation's treatment of animals.
