One Direction's 'FOUR' becomes latest album to reach 1m US sales

All of One Direction's albums have now bypassed the one million sales mark in the US.

Billboard have confirmed that the band's 2014 effort 'FOUR' reached the milestone this week.

The record - their last to feature the now departed Zayn Malik - sold 4,000 copies in the country over the last chart week to push it through the barrier.

All of the group's four albums have now sold over one million units in the US, including their debut 'Up All Night' and 2012's 'Take Me Home'.

One Direction meanwhile are due to release their fifth album in as many years by the end of 2015.

The album will feature recent surprise single 'Drag Me Down'.
