Pizza Hut offer One Direction jobs as their long-awaited hiatus begins

Pizza Hut have reached out to the members of One Direction after they went on their long-awaited break.

The band are expected to take at least one year out of the spotlight to recharge their batteries.

Liam Payne jokingly tweeted that he was "off to the job centre" after the band bowed out with an X Factor live performance on Sunday (December 13).

Pizza Hut have now offered the band jobs in their business should they wish to fill their new-found spare time by entering the food industry.

They told Payne: "Send a copy of your CV our way… Liam, we are perfect for you."

The chain also reportedly tweeted Harry Styles: "Your shift starts at 11am tomorrow. Please bring your CV. Congratulations again on your new job."

It looks unlikely that One Direction will take up Pizza Hut's offer, with the group recently topping an under-30 rich list for the third year running.
