One Direction heartthrob Niall Horan has delighted fans by announcing that he has finally joined Snapchat.

The 'History' sensation took to his official Twitter page this morning (March 25) and explained that Directioners can now follow him and see what he's up to during his boyband's hiatus.

Horan posted the following message:

"So apparently I've got snapchat now. Add me https://www.snapchat.com/add/niallhoran... don't really know how it works so give me time."

Horan, meanwhile, is set to host a private charity golf event in May. The singer will team up with golfer Justin Rose to host the Horan & Rose Gala and it will take place on May 29 with a gala dinner at a secret location in London held on the first day.
