One Direction have launched a campaign to encourage their fans to vote for them in the BRIT Awards.

The quintet are nominated in the British Single category for their track 'What Makes You Beautiful' - and they've uploaded a video to persuade their fans to get behind them.

The funny clip sees them training hard and working out - except for the sleeping Harry Styles - in the build up to the BRITs, which take place on February 21.

Before giving fans a link to vote, the video ends with the tag line: "Help them lift their first ever Brit Award".
