Although not all of the One Direction heartthrobs are in relationships, two of them that do have girlfriends took to social networking site Twitter earlier today (July 10) and wrote messages about them to their own respective fans.

The 'One Thing' superstars have been enjoying some well-deserved downtime now that their headlining tour of the USA has come to an end, and singer Zayn Malik sent a birthday wish to his Little Mix "baby", Perrie Edwards, for his 4.2 million followers to see:

"A very special happy birthday to my baby perrie ! :D x mwah love you x"

Liam Payne also wrote a message about his girlfriend, Danielle Peazer, and cleared up reports that suggest she has been stopping Directioners from taking photos with him on the street:

"Hey everyone just wnated to say danielle isn't stopping me having photos just trying to get around a bit unoticed fanx :D :)"
